Mother flagged as blacklisted for Dubai visa despite never travelling there

Hi everyone, I am currently facing a stressful situation regarding my mother’s visa application for the UAE. We applied for a tourist visa for her to visit me in Dubai, but the application was rejected with the reason stating she is blacklisted.

This is extremely confusing because this is her first time applying for a passport and she has never traveled outside of South Africa before, so it is impossible for her to have any previous record in the UAE. Her flight is booked for two weeks from now.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with a false blacklist flag? I suspect it might be a name mix-up. How can we resolve this urgently so she does not miss her flight?
