Hello everyone. I need a logic check on a visa strategy for Japan. I am a developer based in Mumbai, looking to apply for a tourist visa through the Delhi jurisdiction.
I want to visit Japan next month, but my current employer is very strict with paperwork. Getting an NOC (No Objection Certificate) effectively pushes my leave request to a “won’t fix” status with my manager. My parents are ready to sponsor the entire trip financially.
Can I apply as if I am “unemployed” or a “dependent” using my parents’ sponsorship, essentially commenting out my job from the application to avoid the NOC requirement? Or will the embassy cross-reference my data and find a mismatch? I want to avoid a rejection (bugs in the process) but also can’t get that document. Any successful merges of this strategy?
